Frequently Asked Questions

  •   How long will it take until my order arrives?
  • Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours. Please allow 3 business days for the delivery of toys as they'll require a longer preparation process due to fluctuations in Iran's market which affects the availability of items in this category. Delivery of flowers is possible the next day since they are shipped from the same city.

  •   After placing my order, I realized the recipient's address I've given you is incomplete/incorrect. How can I provide you with the correct address?
  • If you let us know long enough before the delivery date, we'll communicate the new address to our partners in Iran and it will be just fine. Please note the time difference when you ask for address change. For exapmle, let's assume the order date is July 25 (which is Iran's time zone) and you live in LA. If you send us the address change request July 24 at 11 PM your time, it's already July 25 11 AM in Iran so the delivery may have been started already. Therefore, please send us your change requests in a timely manner to prevent any delays and extra charges to occur.

  •   When I check the status of my order, it shows "processing your order". I know it must have been delivered by now. Why doesn't it show the correct status?
  • All orders are delivered on time unless the recipient is not available on delivery date or the recipient has asked the delivery to be postponed. We update your order's status as soon as we get the delivery confirmation from Iran. Sometimes, we receive the status the day after delivery so there may be a bit of latency until your order's status is updated.

  •   What is SSL?
  • The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol has become the universal standard on the Web for authenticating sites and for encrypting communications between users and Web servers. Because SSL is built into all major browsers and Web servers, simply installing a digital certificate or SSL Certificate enables SSL capabilities.

SSL server authentication allows users to confirm a Web server's identity. SSL-enabled client software, such as a Web browser, can automatically check that a server's certificate and public ID are valid and have been issued by a certificate authority (CA) — such as VeriSign — listed in the client software's list of trusted CAs. SSL server authentication is vital for secure e-commerce transactions in which users, for example, are sending credit card numbers over the Web and first want to verify the receiving server's identity.

An encrypted SSL connection requires all information sent between a client and a server to be encrypted by the sending software and decrypted by the receiving software, protecting private information from interception over the Internet. In addition, all data sent over an encrypted SSL connection is protected with a mechanism for detecting tampering — that is, for automatically determining whether the data has been altered in transit. This means that users can confidently send private data, such as credit card numbers, to a Web site, trusting that SSL keeps it private and confidential.

The difference between 128-bit and 40-bit SSL: VeriSign SSL Certificates enable visitors to verify your site's authenticity and to communicate with it securely via state-of-the-art SSL encryption, which protects confidential information from interception and hacking. SSL comes in two strengths, 40-bit and 128-bit, which refer to the length of the "session key" generated by every encrypted transaction. The longer the key, the more difficult it is to break the encryption code. Microsoft and Netscape both offer browsers that enable different levels of encryption depending on the type of SSL Certificate with which the browser is communicating.
