E-paik is the distributor and not the producer of the items sold through the web site. In many instances, the Content available through E-paik represents the opinions and judgments of the respective Provider, Merchant, Sponsor, Licensor, or user not under contract with the Company. The Company neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made on E-paik by anyone other than authorized Company employees. Under no circumstances shall the Company, or its affiliates, or any of its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through E-paik. It is your responsibility to evaluate the information, opinion, advice, or other Content available through E-paik.

6. Product availability
Due to some instabilities in Iran’s market, shipment of each product is subject to avaiability. We’ll do our best to update our products database to reflect each product’s availability in market. However, in rare cases that a product on order is no longer held by our suppliers and they fail to notify us immediately, we give our customers two options: a) They can ask for credit equal to the amount of the product’s listed price on E-paik site and redeem it towards their next purchase with us. b) They can request a refund no more than total amount paid for the merchandise alone. In both cases, only if there is one produtc in the order, the full amount of shipping will be credited or refunded respectively.
