Refund and Return policy
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Unless otherwise noted, you
may receive a refund or credit for any item that you purchased from us in the
following cases:
Refund against non-delivery (except flowers)
For delivery of goods through courier, our logistics partners will try to contact
the recipient and make an appointment for the delivery time.
In case the delivery is not executed due to recipient not available, premises
locked, or incomplete/incorrect address; the customers can request for credit
against the non-delivered goods. In this case, the full amount of products minus
shipping and handling charges will be credited to the customer.
Refund against non-delivery (flowers)
For delivery of flowers also, an appointment with the recipient will be made . Being
perishable in nature, neither E-paik nor our enabling partner will be able to
provide any refund against such items. However if for some reason the
deliveries are missed or have not been attempted, the customers can request for
a refund against the non-executed deliveries.
Refund against cancelled orders
For all the approved cancellations the order amount minus a 1 dollar transaction fee will be refunded.
Partial-Refunds
In case of multiple goods being ordered, if the delivery is not done for
certain items, customers will be refunded against the non-delivered goods or
services.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order that has already been placed if it has not entered the
processing and transit stage.For orders to be shipped to Tehran, you can cancel
the order 2 business days before the required date that you have specified when
you plcaed the order(Iran’s business day which is any day other than Friday and
statutory holidays). For all other cities you can cancel an order no later than
3 business days prior to the delivery date. In order to cancel an order please
click on Customer Service link in home page, login
with your account and provide us with your order number. If the order includes
more than one product and you want to cancel only one item, please specify the
product name and the product ID that you can find in your electronic reciept. Any
late cancel request will not be accepted and no refund or credit will be
issued.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent
Claims
All requests to negate charges are investigated by our billing department. If
you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to
the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card
services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible
criminal charges that may be filed against you.
Returns
Once a product is shipped, no return's accepted.
